In keeping with their hot play of late, Stanwood won this game easily. They began the game with 23 unanswered points and Mountlake Terrace had no chance to come back. Overall sharp passing from Karl Deboer allowed the team to drive down the field over and over again. He completed 14 of 18 attempts for 151 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions. Nate Kummer led the way in receiving. He caught six passes for 58 yards. Tryg Deboer caught two passes, both for touchdowns, totaling 31 yards. Tyler Rich had three receptions for 39 yards. Jeremy Anderson, also, had three catches for 20 yards. As a team, they also had a mid-game interception.
Mountlake Terrace’s slow start stopped them from competing in this game, but a strong late game effort kept the game from being a blowout. Jesse James Martineau completed 13 of 19 passes for 100 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. #9 led the way for the receiving corps with six receptions totaling 57 yards and the team’s sole touchdown. Dom Latham caught three passes for 17 yards. #20, also, had the three catches for 21 yards along with an interception. Jeffrey Vat caught one pass for five yards. Finally, Dre Seabrook had one of the team’s two interceptions
