Glacier Peak did an outstanding job sharing the wealth in this outing against Marysville Getchell. 7 different receivers caught passes from the quarterback, who went 10 of 19 overall for 179 yards. Nathan A led the way with two receptions for 53 yards. Bo Burns made big plays offensively. He caught two passes for 20 yards and a touchdown. Also, he caught a 10 yard pass for a two point conversion. John Paul Anderson started the game off strong with a forty yard touchdown reception. Trey Evens caught one pass, but it was a nine-yard TD. Evan Christie made plays on both sides of the ball. He caught one pass for 16 yards and had a late-game interception to seal up the victory for the Grizzlies. Finally, #4 received one pass for nine yards.
Marysville Getchell had no trouble gaining yards offensively but couldn’t break into the end zone as efficiently as Glacier Peak Their quarterback completed 10 of his 16 pass attempts for 120 yards. His final completed pass was for 35 yards, the biggest of the game for the Chargers. Two points conversions spelled trouble for this team as both of their attempts came up empty.
